Who is responsible

What this website collects

Nothing. leitstern.pt contains no contact forms, no login, no tracking scripts, and no advertising. It does not set cookies and does not build a profile of visitors.

As with any website, the hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, time of request, page requested, browser identification) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are held by the hosting provider under its own retention policy and are not used to identify individual visitors.

If you write to us

When you send an email to an address published on this site, we process your address and the content of your message in order to reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or the steps taken prior to entering a contract where the enquiry concerns one. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed for the matter it concerns and for any statutory record-keeping period that applies.

Other websites

This site links to websites operated by our own businesses — laydox.com, cume.pt, and the .house portals — and each of those has its own privacy policy covering the forms and tools it uses. This policy does not apply to them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to or restrict its processing, and request a copy in a portable format. Write to ola@leitstern.pt and we will respond within the statutory period.

If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).

Changes

If this site later adds a form or analytics, this policy will be updated before that change goes live, and the date at the top will change with it.
